Blacklisting without the need of replace location

Currently, if the store owner, hides the Asia location, customers will still get packaging with Chinese letters. This creates issues with customers, as the tracking story does not line up.
The goal of NOT picking a replacement location will keep the information a bit more obscure, which will not directly create an expectation from where the shipment is traveling.
