Adding a tax invoice into the delivered email via RUSH native smart email notification

Hello team,
Is there a feature where we can include/generate a tax invoice into RUSH native smart notifications? At the moment we're using the AVA PDF Invoice: Order Printer
APP for our tax invoice. But the problem with shopify native email is that they will only send the "delivered" email if the couriers are Fedex, Canada Post, DHL, UPS, or USPS.
We would like to have this tax invoice in the smart email notification feature in RUSH if it's possible or if there is any?
We really need to include the tax invoice into the delivered emails. I've attached an image below for how a tax invoice would look like.
