Auto Delivered status on Store Pickups

As more and more merchants are offering instore Pick-ups as a delivery method, there needs to be the ability in Rush that any tracking numbers with the tracking number prefix of PICKEDUP, to be automatically marked as Delivered. At the moment these sit in Pending and a user has to manually go into Rush and mark as Delivered to clear from Pending.
