Introducing on demand reprocessing of Shopify fulfillments tracking information

We are excited to announce a new feature that enables historical reprocessing of Shopify Fulfillments tracking information. We understand the difficulties your guys face when their tracking links don't redirect to their preferred tracking page - for any reason (fulfillment center override, another app changing them, etc).

We've introduced three customization options to make the tracking process more tailored to your needs:

  1. If you wish to replace the tracking number link with your store's domain while retaining the carrier name and tracking number, select the "Replace tracking number URLs with your store homepage" option. Please note that we can only add or replace tracking links, not remove them. This option is an alternative to clean up any links.
  2. To direct all tracking number links to the default Rush tracking page while keeping the carrier name and tracking number intact, choose the "Default Rush tracking page" option.
  3. If you prefer all tracking number links to redirect to the carrier's tracking page, select the "Default carrier tracking page" option. If we don't have the carrier tracking link, we will associate it with your store domain.

Furthermore, this functionality can be retroactively applied to all your orders from the past 3 to 60 days.
