We're excited to announce the launch of a new feature - the Notification Activity Feed.

The Notification Activity Feed plays a vital role within the Rush app, showcasing all messages from the Rush system to customers or third-party applications. It enables you to track each event generated for every order and the corresponding recipients of these event-linked notifications.

It aims to ensure complete transparency and traceability for every event dispatched via the Rush system, encompassing detailed information used. It also includes a search and filtering feature, allowing you to locate specific orders via order number, email, or phone and refine results by message status, channels, events, and processing times.

Please note that the Notification Activity Feed currently chiefly displays activities related to Shopify Shipping Events and Shopify Fulfillment. We are diligently working on integrating other platforms, such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, and more. These will gradually be incorporated into the feed.

The Notification Activity Feed is now released in Beta, meaning we'll be actively refining the user experience and the presentation of information in the coming weeks. We eagerly anticipate your valuable feedback!
